This is an English-speaking attendant service that will assist you with your travel plans. In addition to public transportation, we can also arrange sedan cars, vans, or welfare vehicles for those with special needs.
We can also arrange interpreters for incentive tours and inspection tours.

Notes
- The rates shown are for a standard half day (4 hours, 9:00-13:00) or full day (8 hours, 9:00-17:00) of sightseeing.
- For hours not indicated above, a 20% surcharge will be applied. These include before 8:00am or after 10:00pm.
- For hours beyond the legally permitted hours in Japan, an additional overtime fee will be charged.
- We also accept requests for languages other than English including: Italian, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Slovak, Czech.
- For services other than sightseeing (interpreting for business meetings, company visits, receptions, exhibitions), we can provide a quote for extra fees.

★Additional fees
1. Transportation (free of charge within the 23 Wards of Tokyo) and communication costs will be charged at actual cost.
*When attendant has to be at site for early mornings or late nights, and there is no public transportation available, a taxi fare will be charged.
2. Meal fees (Breakfast: JPY1,500, Lunch: JPY1,800, Dinner JPY2,500)
*These fees are only charged if service times are during mealtimes and the attendant's meal(s) is not included. (Breakfast: 8:00, Lunch: 12:00, Dinner: 19:00)
*If the customer requests attendant to join a meal, the customer will pay for the meal.
3. If attendant needs to stay overnight, you will be charged the accommodation fee and a flat rate of JPY3,500 / night for accommodation allowance.

Transfer service: Ex. Stations and hotels, airport (Narita, Haneda) and hotels.
Hotel, Ryokan, Minshuku
Unique Japanese accommodation. Ryokan (Inns) and Minshuku (guest houses).
We can arrange reasonable and friendly accommodation in Japan.
Restaurants
Arrangements for standard to high quality star restaurants.
(Various diets including vegetarian, vegan, diabetes and allergies can be arranged upon request.)
Tickets
Theater tickets, show tickets, concert tickets, tourist tickets, etc.
Shinkansen “bullet train” reservation
We will select the most suitable seat in consideration of the number of people and the seat layout.
*To use your JR pass, you must change your voucher to a pass at designated JR stations AFTER arriving in Japan.
